Events & RSVP

Create sessions and special events — public ones appear on the calendar and open for RSVP.

New events are saved as Drafts. Use the status filter below to show Drafts or Published, then open an event and hit Publish to make it live on the Calendar, the Events page, and open for RSVP.

Edit the copy guests receive at each stage. The visual template is shared; an event-details block (title, date, location) is added automatically.

Standard hero image. Every session uses the same standard photo before it happens — an honest placeholder, never a false claim about that day.

Upload the real photos after the session in the recap editor ↗. Once a recap is published, the public page shows the real gallery instead of the standard image.
